Policies

Dear Valued Clients,

We are committed to providing a safe & secure environment for your wellness experience. To ensure privacy & safety, please note that our facility now permits only one client inside at any given time. Additionally, for security purposes, the entrance doors will remain locked during massage treatments.

 

We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding as these measures are designed to offer a personalized and disturbance-free environment for all of our clients. Please schedule your appointments in advance, & upon arrival, if the door is locked, we appreciate your patience until we welcome you in.

Illness Policy

The health & safety of our valued clients is our top priority. In light of this commitment, we kindly request that if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. This will help ensure the wellbeing of everyone in our facility. Please note that if you arrive sick, we must prioritize the health of our community and will ask you to postpone your treatment and reschedule for a later time/date. You will be responsible for the appointment fee, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy 

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule & offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays can happen, however, the time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you. If you arrive late, you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled session, and your treatment will be reduced accordingly to fit within the remaining time. This ensures that our next client's appointment can begin on time.

New Clients

We kindly ask that new clients arrive 10-15 minutes early for their first appointment. This additional time will allow you to comfortably complete your health history forms and discuss any specific needs or concerns you might have before the treatment begins. Arriving on time ensures that your appointment starts on time and that your experience is as effective and relaxing as possible.

To ensure that all clients receive a calm & timely start to their appointments, we kindly ask that clients arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. This policy helps us manage the flow of clients in & out of the facility and supports our commitment to providing a tranquil, organized & clean environment for all.
